Emotional Pollution is nowadays affecting companies more and more resulting in a vicious circle of poor cooperation. The traditional way of dealing with it until today was teaching and imposing a work etiquette which however proves to be barely effective as emotional toxins continue to pollute the workplace, often with destructive results for the goals of the organization.
The innovation of this workshop lies in the fact that the participants are encouraged in absolute safety to express suppressed feelings through the pioneering Dutch technique A.U.M (Awareness, Understanding, Meditation) used for the first time in the workplace in Greece.
Participants are also taught E.F.T (Emotional Freedom Tecniques), which offers immediate relief from negative emotions. In the second part of the workshop, through experiential exercises participants gain awareness of the roles they play in the communication process and learn to express their needs honestly and directly, in a way that promotes cooperation and mutual assistance.
